What it does

Hero to Caption: font, size, weight, italic, colour and line spacing in one click. In a whole box, bold and italic words keep their emphasis. Rename the slots, retune them in Edit Styles, or capture a whole style from a box you already like. Its colour picker has your deck’s theme swatches, hex, and an eyedropper for the selected text.

Turn off Apply colour to keep each box’s own colour.

Audit a whole deck.

Snap a messy deck onto your styles.

Font Audit groups every text box and table cell by the font signature of its main text, and suggests the closest of your eight styles for each group. Tick, set a target, Apply: one pass, emphasis kept, mixed boxes included unless you untick them. It can’t be undone with Ctrl+Z, so it offers to save a copy first.

Multi-painter.

Size and position, one to many.

Pick up one shape, then click the shapes to paint: size and position around any of nine reference points, plus format, text style, shape adjustments or animations if you tick them. It paints into another open deck too, the same on Windows and Mac.
